Shipping
We ship all of our products world-wide.
1. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are not included into the price and will be added to your order during the check-out process before the purchase.
The price of shipping depends on the area chosen and the size and weight of the package.
Generally they are:
– € 8 for Italy
– € 13-15 for Europe
– From € 20 to 50 for other countries
2. DELIVERY
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 weeks of receiving payment but times may vary based on the commission waiting list.
Mevrian offers two ways of delivering the package: regular and express shipping.
A. Regular Shipping
Service delivers the package usually within 4-10 working days following the email confirmation that your order was dispatched, unless it’s a hectic festive period that can increase delivery period significantly regardless of our quick dispatch efforts.
I generally use:
– Priority mail or courier for shipping in Italy
– Registered mail or courier for shipments abroad.
All shipping have a tracking number.
Shipping with priority mail have proof of delivery, while all others are fully traceable even during the journey.
B. Express Shipping
Service delivers the parcel within 3-4 working days following the email confirmation that your order was dispatched.
Please, consider the delivery time always depends on multiple factors such as destination, weather, traffic and any unforeseen events.
3. DUTIES AND TAXES
Customs duties, duties and additional import taxes are responsibility of the buyer.
4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Return items within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Returns are accepted only in case of defects or shortcomings and only within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, I cannot accept returns and exchanges for:
– Custom orders (*)
– Digital downloads
– Discounted items
(* I accept returns or exchanges in the case of custom-made items ONLY if, when you receive them, they do not correspond to the measurements you have indicated. If measurements given to me are wrong, I decline any responsibility for the wearability of the garment).
Returns are not accepted for the following reasons:
– If you have provided the wrong measurements or size
– If you have changed your mind
– If you say that the delivery was late but you have not previously set a deadline for delivery or an express shipment with me.
The returned item must not have been used, altered or damaged and must be contained in its original packaging.
It must be shipped within 21 days of delivery. You can send a message or an email to info@mevrian.it with your name, invoice number and, if possible, the reason for returning the item.
The refund will be made once the item has been received and ONLY with the original payment method with which you purchased it.
The costs of taxes and duties will not be refunded; shipping costs will be reimbursed ONLY in the event that the return is due to my error in the execution of the garment or in non-correspondence to the information provided before purchase.
If the return does not meet the requirements, the item will be sent back at the sender’s expense.
